TECHZEAL 2026 is an industry focused hackathon organized by the Department of Information Technology at Sona College of Technology. The event invites engineering and arts students to build innovative technology solutions for real world problems.
Participants will collaborate in teams to design, develop, and present working prototypes within the hackathon time frame. The event encourages creativity, problem solving, and technical skills in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Web Development, and emerging technologies.
The hackathon provides an opportunity for students to learn from mentors, interact with industry experts, and compete for exciting prizes.

Requirements
The hackathon consists of two rounds.
Round 1 – Idea Submission (Online)
Participants must submit their idea before 20 March 2026 through the official website. Each team must submit:
• Abstract of the idea
• Presentation in PPT / PPTX format
The idea should clearly explain the problem statement, proposed solution, and expected impact.
After evaluation, selected teams will receive an intimation email confirming their participation in the final round.
Round 2 – Final Hackathon (Offline)
Shortlisted teams will participate in the Grand Finale on 28 March 2026 at Sona College of Technology.
Teams will develop and present their working prototype or solution during the final hackathon.
